Here's how it works:

If any item wears out within 3 years of purchase, we will replace it absolutely free (except shipping).  This includes normal wear.  If an item has rips, it would not qualify, if it is worn through it will qualify.

We allow returns of unworn, unwashed items (except embroidered items) for complete refund or exchange for ANY reason.

If the item is defective we will replace it free of charge (including shipping) or refund your money.

If you want to return or exchange an item simply because you don't like it or because you ordered the wrong size (or any other reason not caused by us), we will exchange it free of charge (except shipping) or refund your money.
